Routine maintenance and safety inspection

Routine inspection

Inspection of preparations for robot startup
Confirm whether the external supporting facilities of the robot are normal before
use.
Inspection of compressed air:
Check whether air supply is normal and whether air pressure is stable.
Check whether there are obvious impurities in compressed air and whether there
is accumulated water in air pipe.
Check whether the air pipes from the connector panels of the robot body and
mechanical arm 2 are properly connected to air supply.
Inspection of cables:
Check whether the cable at the Ethernet connector is loose.
Check whether the connectors of cables on the connector panel of the robot
body are loose.
