Dispensing unit Process chamber
3.6 Process chamber
The process chamber includes a Peltier heating block that
maintains the correct temperature of the PyroMark Q96 Plate
Low and its contents. An integral mixer enables rapid mixing
of sample and reagents in the PyroMark Q96 Plate Low.
3.7 Dispensing unit
Reagents are manually added to the reagent cartridge, which
is then inserted into the dispensing unit on top of the process
chamber lid.
During a run, the dispensing unit is positioned over each well
in the PyroMark Q96 Plate Low and reagents are dispensed
in a zigzag fashion, using a pneumatic system.
