Maintenance > Logs
From the
Maintenance
pane, select the
Logs
menu to ac vate logs. The log levels are
DEBUG
: ac va on of level logs: ERROR + WARN + DEBUG,
WARN
: ac va on of level logs: ERROR + WARN,
ERROR
: ac va on of level logs: ERROR,
OFF
: disabling logs.
Logs are compartmentalized according to so ware func ons such as:
app
: App debug,
widget
: HTML widget debugging,
network
: debug of the network related layer,
support may ask you to ac vate other logs in excep onal cases.

These logs can only be interpreted by so ware developers who are familiar with the so ware bricks that have been developed.
Ac va ng the logs with a level other than
OFF
should only be done a er a request from
Qeedji
support.

Enabling traces
All trace levels of undeclared categories
with a
DEBUG
or
WARN
level can significantly disrupt the opera on of the device.
◬
A er a debug session with support, in nominal opera on, all levels should be reset to
OFF
.
