Printing Cassettes
The Pi Cassette printer is designed to print Cassettes on-demand. The displayed label
shows what will be printed on the Cassette. This section applies to printing Cassettes
regardless of the method in which the Cassettes were placed into the print queue.
To print a Cassette, press the play button, a Cassette will be dispensed and printed. If the
printer is in fast mode, the printing action will start immediately.
Some dispense and print errors will occur after the printing process has been performed.
The printer may be uncertain that a fully printed label has been printed. When clearing any
printing or dispense errors, care should be taken to avoid second prints of the same
Cassette data. Where Cassette labels have been successfully printed, the cancel button
should be pressed and the queue inspected and cleared of any duplicate labels.
Printing a batch of Cassettes
When multiple Cassettes are in the queue, the label selection or
print order may be modified using the left and right arrow buttons
on the main screen.
