Calibration
1.
Select
Manual
from the cycle stop screen.
2.
Select the
PCP050
tab.
3.
Select the
Calibration
tab.
4.
In the
Shot Speed
dropdown menu, select
Low
.
5.
Under
Begin
Shot
, select
Go
. After the shot finishes, weigh the dispensed material
and type it into the
Lo Wgt. g
text field.
6.
In the
Shot Speed
dropdown menu, select
High
.
7.
Under
Begin
Shot
, select
Go
. After the shot finishes, weigh the dispensed material
and type it into the
High Wgt. g
text field.
8.
Under Calculate Offset, select
Go
.
The calibration for the selected pump is now complete. Select the next pump and repeat
the calibration procedure.
