1. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
APPLICATION
Water treatment
Reverse osmosis
Use
Improvement of the characteristics of drinking water (which complies with the requirements of the European Di-
rective on water for human consumption 98/83 or its national transpositions in the different member states of the
European Community).
Modifications by reduction or contribution
• Water treatment by reverse osmosis is able to reduce concentrations of salts and other substances in high per-
centages.
• Minimum reduction* of certain compounds and parameters:
Sodium: 90%.
Calcium: 90%.
Sulfate: 90%.
Chloride: 90%.
Total hardness: 90%.
Conductivity: 90%.
* Depending on the characteristics of the water to be treated (at the outlet of the membrane). These values may vary
depending on the type of post-filter that incorporates the equipment and / or regulation of the mixing valve (in case
it is included).
