When the Top Rail frame is completed, press
the spring pins on each Top Rail Section with your
thumb and move each one down slightly.
DO NOT allow the tubes to be inserted all the
way
to the Spring Pin Hole where they lock into
place. The Top Rail needs to be kept fairly level as
you work it downwards. If you accidentally push a
Top Rail Section too far, and the Spring Pin locks
into its hole, press the pin with your thumb to re-
lease the pin, and raise it slightly.

Once you have lowered the entire Top Rail frame
evenly so that the Spring Pins are close to the Spring
Pin Holes, you may complete the Top Rail frame assem-
bly by pushing each section down until the Spring Pin
locks into place.
