Problem is:

Call your system
support personnel.
Move the unit to a known
good terminal, or replace
the scanner interface cable.
You will need a AC/DC
power supply in order to
isolate and verify the
scanner's operation.
* If the green lamp is flashing
slowly, the scanner is in Sleep
Mode. Wave your hand if front
of the scan window to "wake it
up" or press the switch.
Verify that the -
1. AC/DC power supply is con-
nected to a functional AC outlet.
2. DC power cord is firmly
connected to the scanner.
