Code 128
[Default = enabled]. Transmission of the Code 128 sym-
bology may be enabled or disabled (reference Figure 19).
Send EAN-128 [Default = disabled]. An automatic transla-
tion to EAN-128 may be enabled.
Send Function Code [Default = disabled]. This selection
enables or disables the transmission of the function code
characters (FNC1, FNC2, FNC3, and FNC4) contained
within Code 128 bar codes.
Minimum Length (1 to max setting)
[Default = 1]. This option
sets the minimum number of characters in the decoded
symbol. Range is from 1 to maximum length setting.
Maximum Length (min setting to 99) [Default = 99]. This
option sets the maximum number of characters in the
decoded symbol. The range is from minimum to 99, but
must be the same or higher than the minimum setting.

NOTE
EAN/UCC 128 translation requires that Code 128 be
enabled. To disable EAN/UCC128 translation, disable
Code 128. This feature and the SEND FUNCTION CODE
are mutually exclusive.
