Maintenance and cleaning
Cleaning:
• Keep the device clean at all times. Prevent dirt from getting into the fan or other internal
parts of the device.
• Switch off the product and remove all plugs before cleaning! Do not clean the device until
the surface has cooled down.
• Remove grease, dirt and stains by wiping the device with a clean, soft cloth and mild
detergent.
• The fan in the air duct can get dirt stuck in it. Please remove it regularly with a soft brush.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials such as scouring milk or
steel wool to clean the components. They can damage the top surface of the device!
• Protect the device from water. Only use a clean, dry cloth to clean the device and never use
any corrosive liquids. Use a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to remove any
stubborn dirt.
• Make sure that moisture does not enter the product while cleaning to avoid damage to the
product and related repairs. Make sure the unit is dry before using it again.
Storage:
• Allow the appliance to cool down completely before storing it.
• When no longer using the device, store it in a dry environment, protected from dust and
direct sunlight.
• Store your appliance inside the original case provided.

When the power connection is ON, the magnetic field will create an electric field at the
bottom of the cookware, causing the pan to act as a resistance and heat up, even though the
hob does not.
