The adjustable foot plate allows for a variety of exercise options.
The range of motion (starting and end position) can be precisely defined and limited for limited knee
and hip joint mobility in extension and/or flexion. For this purpose, the distance between the seat/lying
surface and the footplate is fixed by means of locking bolts, taking into account the movement
restriction. The Range of Motion Limiter (optional) for the end position is located above the weight block
and is adjusted by loosening the fastening screw.
Reactive bounce training with low weights should only be performed under the supervision of a
therapist! It should be noted that the sled must not bump against the end stop.

530 Hip Extension is designed for muscular stabilization of the hip muscles.
WARNING
Persons with a body weight of more than 145 kg are allowed to train with a maximum of
160 kg of the plug-in weights on the 200 kg weight block Leg Press. A weight selection
above 160 kg is not permitted on this device. Only persons with a body weight below 145
kg may use weights also above 160 kg for training!
