Tip:
If you programme the
Remote dial…
function on a feature
key, you can leave the destination call number field blank. Then,
you can decide for each remote dialling procedure which number
has to be called. Press the feature key first and enter the desired
call number afterwards.
Not available
Callback
: You leave your call-back request with a busy internal
subscriber (not possible for hunt group numbers).
VIP call
: Your call is acoustically signalled, even if the internal
subscriber you are calling has switched on call waiting
protection, call protection or call forwarding.
Call
Toggle
: This toggles between the current and the previous caller.
Transfer
: This connects the caller on hold with the current caller.
Conference
: This initiates a 3-party conference.
Hold
: The subscriber is put on hold.
Intercept
: The numbers of malicious callers can be saved by the
network provider (if they offer this service). The function can also
be used also if the caller has already hung up!
Reject
: This rejects the call (this can also be an announcement), and the
caller hears the busy tone.
Deflect call
: You do not accept the call.
Dest.
(Destination): Enter the call number of the subscriber to
whom you want to forward the call.
Note:
You can only use this function if your user group is
authorised to forward calls to internal and/or external destina-
tions.
Park call
: You can “park” one or more callers while you make other
calls.
Call recording
: You start a call recording session. You will only see this
menu entry if the system administrator has enabled the function
“Call recording” for you (see also the chapter
