Operation at the Forum IPhone 5040

Select an entry from the list. Press one of the following softkeys.

Delete all

: All received messages are deleted after a confir-

mation prompt.

Delete

: The message is deleted.

Show

: You will see the short message with receive date and

time.

Forward

: You can edit the message and then forward it to

another user. If required, edit the message. Confirm the
modified text with the

softkey. Enter the internal

call number of the user to whom you would like to forward
the message. Confirm the input of the call number with
the

softkey. The message will be sent.

Outgoing mail

: Short messages sent by you are displayed. These

messages can also be displayed, forwarded or deleted as
described in the previous section.
