Caller History
Function description
The caller history is a list in which the call numbers of external callers and
their internal contacts are saved. If you are called by one of these external call
numbers, you can use the caller history to see who the caller was connected
to on their last call. You can also re-connect the caller to an internal contact
that they have already spoken to in a previous call. This function may be
useful for switchboards, for example. Each entry in the caller history consists
of the following information:
●
Date and time of the connection
●
Call number of the external caller (CLIP)
●
Call number of the internal subscriber with whom the caller has spoken If
the caller is transferred several times, only the call number of their
last
internal contact is stored.
All
external calls that have been accepted by users of the communications
system are stored in the caller history. If the communications system is used
by several companies at the same time, you only have access to the list entries
relevant to your company, and not those of other companies.
