Chair Assembly and Use Instructions
After unpacking the carton for this chair you should have: the main chair frame, the back, the footrest, the headrest, and the
tray.
1.
Back
—Remove the four plastic
seat adjustment knobs
from the corner braces and position the back on the seat of the main chair
frame. The knobs can now be re-attached through the horizontal slots on the chair sides. Position the back to the appropriate seat
depth and tighten the knobs.
2.
Footrest
—Remove the two knobs from the footrest. Position the footrest on the chair so that the knobs can be inserted through the
vertical slots on the calf board. Adjust the footrest to the appropriate height and tighten the knobs.
4.
Headrest
---Remove the knobs from the bag taped to the headrest. Use the knobs to attach the headrest to the back of the chair.
5.
Tilt Angle Adjustment
---The tilt angle of the chair can be adjusted by loosening the two
tilt adjustment knobs
on each side of
the chair. Set to desired angle and retighten the knobs. When making this adjustment with the child in the chair be sure to support the
chair with one hand while loosening the knobs with the other.
6.
Seat Height Adjustment
---The height of the seat can be changed by changing the position of the
chair height adjustment bolt.
There are three holes in the base uprights to choose from. Changing this bolt position also effects the angle of the seat when it is in its
most upright position.
7. Clip on Tray
—The tray is attached by means of the two
spring pins
on the tray supports. They can be inserted into any of the
series of holes on the corner braces between the back and the seat. The angle of the tray is adjusted by means of the two knobs on the
sides of the tray supports. Simply loosen the two knobs, hold the tray at the desired angle and the supports will drop down to rest on
the chair sides. Tighten the knobs to maintain the desired angle. The tray may also need to be adjusted closer or farther from the child.
To this you will need a Phillips screwdriver and a 7/16” or adjustable wrench. There are four screws which go through the top to the
tray. Use the screwdriver to loosen these screws while holding the nuts with the wrench. The tray support assemblies should now be
free to slide in or out to change the position of the tray. Make sure both sides are adjusted evenly and retighten the screws firmly.
