mental ability or with a lack of experience or knowledge (including
children), if there isn’t a supervision or instruction regarding the use of this
device by a person which is responsible for the safety of this person.
Children are to be supervised to secure that they are not playing with the
device.
If the main plug is damaged, it has to be removed by the manufacturer,
service department or a similar qualified person, to avoid danger.
