3.32

The trailer is equipped as standard with two steering axles, passively steered. The axle

design allows smoother cornering and maneuvering on miry terrain, which reduces machine

tire wear. When reversing, the axle hubs must be locked, otherwise the trailer will tend to turn

uncontrollably to the left or right.

The axle system can be blocked by the hydraulic system shown in the picture (3.25). Before

driving backwards, extend the blocking steering system hydraulic cylinders (1) using the

tractor distributor lever.
