Brake system conduits not
connected Connect brake conduits (applies

Replace.

Tighten, replace washers or seal
sets, replace conduits.
Problem with moving off.
Control valve or braking
force regulator damaged
Check valve, repair or replace.
Excessive bearing
slackness Check slackness and adjust if
needed
Damaged bearings Replace bearings
Noise in wheel axle hub.
Damaged hub parts Replace
Insufficient pressure in the
system
Check pressure on tractor
pressure gauge, wait till
compressor fills tank to required
pressure.
Damaged air compressor in
tractor Repair or replace.
Damaged brake valve in tractor.
Repair or replace.
Leaking system conduits or
connections. Check system for
tightness.
Incorrect main or parking
brake adjustment Regulate positions of expander
arms
