Making Controller Settings
To make controller settings:
1.
Do one of the following actions,
•
Click the
Dashboard
icon, then click the
Controller
link.
•
From the Device menu, choose
Component List
.

Mouse-over and click the controller, then click the
Settings
button.
3.
Make setting changes as required:
•
Enter, change or delete the alias in the
Alias
field.
•
SMART Log
– Check the box to enable or uncheck to disable.
•
SMART Polling Interval
– Enter a value into the field, 1 to 1440
minutes. 1440 minutes = 24 hours
•
Enable Coercion
– Check the box to enable or uncheck to disable.
•
Coercion Method
– Choose a method from the dropdown menu:
•
GBTruncate
•
10GBTruncate
•
GrpRounding
•
TableRounding
•
Write Back Cache Flush Interval
– Enter a value into the field, 1 to 12
seconds.
•
Enclosure Polling Interval
– 15 to 255 seconds.
4.
Click the
Save
button.
5.
Click the
X
icon to close the settings panel.

Use this function to flash (update) the firmware on the Pegasus. See page 131
for the procedure.
