In
[MANUAL]
operating mode, it is possible to switch the individual drives
on and off independently. To switchover to operating mode
[MANUAL]
press the
[MODE]
key in the start screen and then the
[MANUAL]
key.
You can switch the individual drives on manually. To do this, you must
touch the points corresponding to the drives on the touch panel. If a drive
is activated, the drive point is lighted up in black. If a drive is deactivated,
the drive point is lighted up in white.
On the screen shown above, it is possible to activate the following drives
in [MANUAL] operating mode:
n
Switch on/off the solenoid valve for the water supply
n
Switch the stirrer on/off
n
Switch the liquid concentrate pump on/off
n
Switch the dry feeder on/off
9.13 Maturing time
You can set the duration of the maturing time in the param‐
eter menu under the corresponding dosing product.
The maturing time for powder and liquid concentrate can be
set differently.
Depending on the dosing product, a maturing time may be necessary
which the polymer requires to become usable.
If the maturing time has elapsed, the product is released for removal.
If the product has a long maturing time, then the throughput volume of the
system can be reduced.
