CAUTION! Blocked filter mats in the fan or in the outlet air filters
can result in the control cabinet overheating, whereupon the con‐
trol device will trigger the shut-down of the system with the error
message
‘System temperature too high’ . In the worst case, over‐
heating could damage components of the system.
12.3 Regular maintenance
Observe the safety guidelines for maintenance,
‘Safety guidelines for maintenance and repair’ on page 47.
The system needs to be serviced at least once a year.
Standard measures for the system are listed below:

Check the pneumatic system (leaks, hoses).
Check (leaks, deposits, hoses) and possibly clean the cooling water system.
Check the operation of the solenoid valves and pressure relief valves in the gas
and cooling water system.
Replace the point of injection check valves at the ozone outlet.
Maintain the valve (5) at the ozone outlet.
Check the operation of the electrical system (locks, system parameters etc.)
Replace the filter mats in the ozone cabinet.
Inspect the fan filter mats and air outlet filters monthly and replace
them at least once per year, and more often under unfavourable
conditions.
