6 Installation and assembly
6.1 Assembly check-lists
# Assembly process Tick
1 Check whether the installation location complies with the guidelines governing tempera‐
ture, safety, space, humidity etc.
2 Clear the area in which the system is to be installed.
3 Remove the plastic wrapping from the system.
4 Check whether the system has suffered damage during transport or exhibits other
damage.
5 Remove the securing material fixing the system to the pallet.
6 Lift the system into its installation position.
7 Check whether the system is positioned on the supports and is horizontal.
8 Remove the lifting material from the system.
9 Attach the 4 plastic rings where the lifting material was located.
10 Position the brine tank in its intended position.
11 Position the product tank in its intended position.
12 Connect the PVCU discharge line with ⌀ 75 / ⌀ 110 mm on the fan outlet to the sensor
air flow.
13 Route the PVCU discharge line with ⌀ 75 / ⌀ 110 mm outside.
14 Connect the sensor air flow to the control cabinet (not needed with Chlorinsitu-III 100 ...
500 g/h). Refer to the wiring diagram for connection information.
15 Check that the PVCU discharge line with ⌀ 75/ ⌀ 110 routed outside is connected.
16 Route a PVCU line with ⌀ 20 mm to vent the production tank outside.
17 Route a PVCU line with ⌀ 20 mm to vent the product tank.
18 Connect the 50 mm PVCU discharge line with ⌀ 40 / ⌀ 50 mm and the 90° PVCU bend
with ⌀ 40 / ⌀ 50 mm on the system.
19 Route the 50 mm PVCU discharge line with ⌀ 40 / ⌀ 50 mm into the sewerage system
20 Connect a "water supply" line with the PVCU connector ⌀ 20 mm to the system.
21 Connect a PVCU line with ⌀ 20 mm between the "Product" connector on the system and
the connector on the product tank.
22 Connect the level switch on the product tank to the control cabinet.
23 Fit the product tank level switch in the product tank.
24 Electrically wire the product tank liquid level switch
25 Connect a PVCU line with ⌀ 20 mm between the "Cooling water" connector and the sew‐
erage system or a buffer.
26 Connect the 1.8 mm PE hose with ⌀ 16 mm between the "Brine tank filling" connector on
the system and the ⌀16 mm connector on the brine tank
27 Connect the 1.8 mm PE hose with ⌀ 16 mm between the "Brine membrane cell" con‐
nector on the system and the ⌀16 mm connector on the brine tank.
28 Connect the transparent 8 mm nylon hose with ⌀ 10 mm between the "Brine softener"
connector on the system and the ⌀10 mm connector on the brine tank.
29 Connect a PVCU line with ⌀ 25 mm to the brine tank and the sewerage system. There
should be salt in the brine tank once the PVCU lines have been connected.
