Buttons and symbols
3. Press [ RESET ] once so that the minutes start flashing and the alarm
symbol appears so that you can adjust the setting.
4. Press [ START ] repeatedly to set the minutes. Holding the [ START ] button
in will advance the setting more quickly.
5. Press [ MODE ] to return to normal time mode.
Activate or deactivate the alarm by holding in [ RESET ] and pressing [ START ]
at the same time. To check the set alarm time: hold in [ RESET ].
• When the alarm is activated, the alarm symbol will appear on
the display.
• When the alarm sounds it can be shut it off by pressing [ START ] or [ RESET ].
• To shut it off permanently press [ RESET ] and [ START ].
Stopwatch
In normal time mode:
1. Press [ MODE ] once to enter the stopwatch mode.
2. Press [ START ] to start the stopwatch, both the outer segments “SU” and
“SA” will flash when the stopwatch is started, in addition the seconds
indicator (9) will flash rapidly.
3. Press [ START ] once more to stop the time-keeping, the “SU”, “FR” and
“SA” segments will start to flash and the seconds indicator will stop
flashing.
4. To reset the stopwatch to zero, press [ RESET ] when the stopwatch
is stopped.
5. Press [ MODE ] to return to normal time mode.
Split times
An unlimited number of split times can be recorded. To record a split time, do
as follows:
1. Press [ RESET ] whilst the stopwatch is running – “SU”, “TH” and “SA” will
flash during the time the stopwatch is stopped. The split time will appear
on the display.
2. Press [ RESET ] to start the timekeeping again. “SU” and “SA” will flash
and the timekeeping will resume. Remember the split time.
3. Press [ RESET ] again to take the next split time, and so on.
4. Press [ MODE ] to display the overall time elapsed.
Hourly chime
In normal time mode:
• Activate or deactivate the hourly chime by holding in [RESET] at the same
time as pressing [MODE].
• When the hourly chime is activated, all the day symbols (3) will appear on
the display when [RESET] is pressed.
• When the hourly chime is deactivated, none of the day symbols (3) will
appear on the display when [RESET] is pressed.
Backlight
• Press [ LIGHT ] to turn the backlight on for 3 seconds.
• Bear in mind that frequent use of the background light discharges
the batteries faster.
Care and cleaning
• Never try to open the casing.
• The watch can withstand some rough treatment, but do not subject it to
unnecessary shocks or blows.
• Do not expose the watch to extreme temperatures.
• Clean it using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid solvents and strong detergents since
they can damage the plastic parts of the watch.
• The watch is water resistant to a certain degree and can withstand rain
and splashes. However, it will not withstand being immersed in water.
Things to consider
• Take your watch back to the shop you bought it from to replace
the battery when it is flat. The old battery must be removed, otherwise
the internal components of the watch could become damaged.
• If condensation forms on the inside of the display, the watch must be
returned to its place of purchase for repair.
• The watch must not be used in extreme temperature conditions.
The recommended operating temperature range is from –5 to 50 °C.
• The watch battery has been tested and fitted at the place of manufacture.
When the watch is sold, the capacity of the battery will not be 100%.

This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Resets the stopwatch and starts/stops split times.
Operating instructions
Selecting functions
• Pressing the [ MODE ] button repeatedly changes the mode in
the following sequence: normal time – stopwatch – alarm set – clock set.
• In stopwatch or alarm mode, press [ START ] or [ RESET ] before you press
[ MODE ] to go back to normal time mode.
12- and 24-hour clock
In normal time mode:
1. Press [ MODE ] three times to get to the clock set mode.
2. Press [ RESET ] twice to enter the hour set mode.
3. Press [ START ] repeatedly to increase the hours setting. When the watch
is in 12-hour clock mode, “A” (for AM) is shown on the display and
changes to “P” (for PM) in the afternoon. Continue until “H” appears on
the display, this indicates that the watch is in 24-hour clock mode.
4. Press [ MODE ] to return to normal time mode. When “H” is displayed after
the time, the watch is in 24-hour clock mode.
Setting the clock
In normal time mode:
1. Press [ MODE ] three times to get to the clock set mode. The seconds
display blinks.
2. Press [ START ] to reset the seconds display.
3. Press [ RESET ] to start the minutes flashing so you can adjust the setting.
4. Press [ START ] repeatedly to set the minutes. The setting will advance
quickly if you hold the [ START ] button in.
5. Then press [ RESET ] and then [ START ] to set the hours the same way as
in step 4.
6. Proceed in the same way as above to make settings for date, month
and day.
7. Press [ MODE ] to return to normal time mode.
Setting the alarm
In normal time mode:
1. Press [ MODE ] twice to get to the alarm setting mode. The seconds
display disappears and “A”, “P” (12-hour clock) or “H” (24-hour clock) will
appear instead.
2. Press [ START ] repeatedly to set the hours. The setting will advance
quickly if you hold the [ START ] button in.
