treadmill. The 285T treadmill combines advanced tech-
nology with innovative design to let you enjoy an excel-
lent form of cardiovascular exercise in the convenience
and privacy of your home. And when youÕre not exer-
cising, the unique 285T can be folded up, requiring less
than half the floor space of other treadmills.

using the treadmill
