This universal SCART To HDMI converter is for analog SCART input to HDMI 1080p
(60Hz) output, enabling you to connect an older device with a SCART output to a HDMI
monitor, projector or TV.

Instructions:
1.
Connect the device with the SCART output (CCTV, DVD player, VCR etc.) to the
SCART input of the converter.
2.
From the converters HDMI output connect to the HDMI Monitor or TV.
3.
Plug the power supply into the converter and plug it into the mains. Always do
the video connections before powering the converter.

Check if the power supply is inserted into the power socket and the wall
power switch is turned on.
No Sound/

1. Confirm sound channels are working on output device.
2. Confirm the output device audio is in the supported standard
mono/stereo format.
3. Confirm the amplifier/TV set volume is not muted.
No Picture/
Abnormal
Picture
1. Please make sure the signal source and the TV are turned on and
connected to the item correctly.
2. Check whether the signal source output resolution is set correctly.
3. Reboot to reset EDID.
4. Please use PROception high quality cables.
