Post-Event Record:
When activated, the camera automatically continues
recording video for a pre-set time period after video recording is turned OFF .
When a Video Record button is pressed to end video recording, the LCD
screen will display the amount of time left of Post-Event video recording .
Record Mode:
The camera records videos in two modes: Video with Audio
(default) or Video only .
NOTE:
While recording video with audio, the user can press the Audio Record
button to mute the recording. Similarly, when recording video without audio,
the user can press the Audio Record button to un-mute the recording. The
amber LED will flash to indicate muted audio. Pressing the Audio Record
button a second time will return the recording to its original setting.
Pre-Event Mode:
The camera records pre-recorded videos in two modes:
Video with Audio (default) or Video only .
Motion Recording:
Enabling motion recording will make the camera
automatically begin recording video every time it detects movement . To
start motion recording, motion recording must be turned ON and a Video
Record button must be pressed . When motion recording is turned ON,
the LCD screen will state “Press REC to start motion detection” before
a Video Record button is pressed . Once a Video Record button is pressed,
the motion detection icon will flash on the upper right corner of the
LCD screen and the LCD screen will show “Motion detecting***” to indicate
motion recording is ON . As long as the camera detects movement, it will
record video . The camera will continue recording video for 10 seconds
after motion was last detected . Press either Video Record button to stop
motion recording .
