INTRODUCTION
The Dual Pilot Operated Check Valve locks the
hydraulic cylinder in position, preventing it
from drifting down or failing if the hydraulic
circuit loses pressure.
The pilot valve closes once the oil flow from
the control valve stops. Applying pressure to
the pilot port opens the check valve poppet
and the oil leaves the cylinder. This works in
either direction of cylinder travel. Install the
valve between the directional control valve
and the cylinder.

operating this valve.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the device if any part
is missing. Replace the missing part before
operating. Failure to do so could result in a
malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the
packaging and inspect for damage. Make sure that
all items in the parts list are included.

ASSEMBLY
The dual pilot operated check valve is not
intended to provide flow metering or act as a
counterbalance valve.
1.
Connect a hose from the directional control
valve to the pilot valve’s
port 2.
2. Connect a cylinder port
hose to the pilot valve's
port 1.
3. Connect the hose from the
directional control valve's
other port to the pilot valve's Port 3.
4. Connect the hose from the cylinder's second
port to the pilot valve's Port 4.
