Installing the flue screen

1. Screw the wall bracket for the upper
flue screen (5) into the prepared dowels
directly below the ceiling using 2 round-
head screws (9).

2. Place the retaining plate (6) onto the low-
er flue screen (2) so that it lines up with
the chamfers on the inside. (Screws and
elongated holes should point upwards).
3. Turn two plate screws (7) from the outside
through the retaining plate (6) and the
lower flue screen (2).
4. Screw the retaining plate (6) from the in-
side into the prepared dowels. Use 2 of
the round-head screws for this purpose
(9).
5. Remove the blue protective film from the
parts of the flue screen.

6. Push the upper part (2) of the flue screen
into the lower part (2) of the flue screen.

7. Place the two parts of the flue screen
above the mounting frame (17) on the ex-
haust hood.

8. Fasten the lower part (2) of the flue
screen with 2 plate screws (7) to the
mounting frame.
