Separators

Scenes can be organized into groups using "separators." The separators can be labeled and will provide quick access 
to the first scene of each group.

To insert a separator:

Step

1. Select first scene of the group. (The separator will be placed above this scene.)

Step

2. Click Add Separator button. Separator will be inserted.

Step

3. Click in separator’s title field to enter custom name.

Step

4. Press [enter].

Step

5. To navigate among separators, click Separator List button and choose a separator

Searching the Scene List (Find)

The Find feature can be used to search the Scene List.

Scenes can be searched by name or number.

  +

If the 'exact scene #' button is checked, Director will find the scene name which begins with a specific number.

  +

If the 'recall scene' button is checked, Director will recall the scene when [Enter] is pressed.

To search:

Step

1. Press the arrow icon to the right of Find to reveal the search box. 

Step

2. Enter a search term (name or number).

Step

3. Check option boxes as required (exact scene / recall scene).

Step

4. Press [Enter] on the keyboard to start the search.
