3.9.2. CAL Function 

 

 

The  calibrator  may  be  used  to  calibrate  or  check  isolated  converters.  In  a 

typical  application,  it  would  “generate”  a  pressure  signal  and  measure  the  current 
signal  from  a  pressure  transmitter.  Due  to  reasons  of  quickness  and  easiness  to 
compare errors at the input and output of the converter, the reading of the calibrator 
current input can be displayed in the same unit of the generated signal, i.e., pressure
