Removing the Extended Memory

1.

See “Removing the Battery Pack” on page 51

2.

To remove the extended memory, first loosen the screw as shown and then lift the extended memory 
cover upward.      

3.

Detach the DIMM cover from the main unit.

4.

Press the latches on both sides of the socket and pull the memory module out from the machine.
