Display and selection of a frequency or channel
If you press the
"F"

button when frequency is displayed on the LCD, channel number appears on the LCD. Press the
"F"
+
"MO(Fr/Ch)" [1]
button and once again, frequency appears on the LCD.
- Display of frequency RX/TX channel
The 2 small digits on the right will show channel number, and the 7 large digits will show RX/TX frequency.
- Display of channel RX/TX
69 channels are available on this device.
Channel/Frecuency down

Press this button to move to a lower channel than the one currently shown on the LCD.
Channel/Frecuency up
s
button
Press this button to move to a higher channel than the one currently shown on the LCD.
If one of these buttons is pressed and held, the channels/frequencies change continuously.
Transmitting and receiving
Adjust the volume and the squelch and make sure you are on the same channel/frequency as the
person to whom you wish to speak. You can now transmit and receive.
Press and hold the
PTT
(push-to-talk) button, speak clearly a few centimeters from the front
panel of the device and release the
PTT
button to hear the reply of your correspondent.
