Explanatory
General
This illustrated Parts Catalog has been prepared to assist in identification of parts which may
require replacement as a result of wear, damage, or loss.
Parts Groups
A group shows a main physical subassembly. Each group comprises an itemized illustration
and a list of the parts shown in the illustration.
Key
Every part or assembly listed has a key number which corresponds to the illustration. The key
number for an assembly will appear in the illustration close to the appropriate parts.
A suffix (A to Z) with the exception of I and O) may be added to the key number, where
necessary, for the following reasons:
1. To indicate parts which are contained in or connected to an assembly.
2. To indicate parts which are identical as far as installation and function are concerened, but
which differ in part numbers. For example, motors for different worm gear boxes.
3. The key also indicates parts which may be replaced as an (upgrade) option.
Part Number
The full part number must always be used when ordering parts.
Description
This column includes the name of the parts and related information, such as:
1. up to machine no. XXXXXX - This part is only used in machines up the the stated serial
number.
2. from machine no. XXXXXX - This part can only be used in machines with quoted serial
number or higher one.
3. option - This part may replace a standard part which may be factory or field
installed.
4. assembly only - All parts which require permanent riveting, welding, or assembly in jigs or
fixtures will be furnished assebled.
Quantity
The column quantity (Qty.) shows the quantity of each part used in a higher level assembly.
