GUARANTEE 

PREMIUM S.A., unless otherwise agreed, guarantees to the Customer that the manufacture 

of the Equipment shall be free from defects for a period of 2.5 years from the date of delivery 

to the Customer. If any defect is detected, the manufacturer may choose to repair or replace 

the equipment. 

Improper handling of the equipment,  as well as repair by the user, will be considered a 

violation of the warranty.
