• Do not allow children, or those unfamiliar with the operation of this unit, on or

• Before beginning any fitness program, see your physician for a thorough physical 

examination. Ask your physician for the appropriate target heart rate for your 
age and fitness level.

• If you feel pain, faintness, or dizziness, 

stop exercising immediately

Specifications

Setup

1. Select an appropriate weight.

2. Sit with your back against the roller pad.

3. Grasp both handles and rest your forearms on the padded movement arms.

4. Place your feet comfortably on or under the foot brace.

Exercise

• Curl down in a slow, controlled motion.

• Pause at full contraction. 

• Slowly return to the start position.

Training Tips

• Focus on using your abdominal muscles—not your arms—during exercise.
