Procedure
CAUTION
:
1) The tracking adjustments should only be done in 1/4 turn incre-
ments.
2) ONLY use the right side tension bolt to adjust tracking.
3) ONLY use hand tools to adjust tracking.
Running belt tension adjustment
CAUTION
:
1) ONLY use hand tools for belt tension adjustment.
2) Final belt tension adjustments should only be done in 1/4 turn incre-
ments.
Review entire procedure before starting.
1. Clean the running belt and deck, see
"Running Belt and Deck Cleaning Procedure"
2. Switch the power
OFF
and
unplug

the power cord.
3. Remove the front hood, see
"Covers and Panels Replacement" on page 86
.
4. Remove the left and right trim landing covers, see
"Covers and Panels Replacement"
5. Legacy frame configuration:
Make sure that the left and right front Drive Roller Keeper(s) are installed.
Note
: Some early production treadmills may only have one or no Roller keepers
installed. Install missing Roller Keepers as needed( PPP000000302495102 RIGHT
HAND ROLLER KEEPER, PPP000000302495102 LEFT HAND ROLLER
KEEPER).
