Tracking Your Progress with
Preva
Preva is a free, cloud-based service from Precor that
tracks all of your exercise—at home, at the gym, or
outdoors—to help you stay focused on your fitness
goals. Through your iPhone device and Preva-equipped
Precor fitness equipment, Preva tracks all of your
workouts and lets you know whether you’re on track,
ahead, or behind your goals. It also helps you celebrate
major milestones in your progress (including some
with actual miles or kilometers) and keeps your
workout history.
To make sure Preva follows the progress you make
on your new fitness equipment:

If necessary, download the free Preva app from
iTunes
®
or the Apple App Store
SM
.
2.
Make sure that you are signed in to Preva.
3.
At any time before you finish your workout,
connect your iPhone to your equipment.
Note:
before you begin your workout, you will need
to connect your iPhone data cable to the console

Check to make sure that the playback controls
appear on the console, indicating that your iPhone
is properly connected.
At the end of the workout, your workout information is
uploaded automatically to your Preva account. Your
Goal Compass™ and your workout history are updated
to include this workout.
