Assemble the Unit

Attach the Main Frame to the Stabilizer using 
four 

³⁄₈

-inch X ¾-inch buttonhead screws (A) 

four 

³⁄₈

-inch split washers (B) 

Wrench tighten.

Note:

 Make sure the wheels on the Stabilizer are 

positioned as shown in the illustration.
