Transporting and Keeping the Compressor
Packing
Before loading for keeping or transporting at long distances pack the compressor into its original cardboard packing.
Transporting
A type of transporting differs depending on moving at short or long distances.
Transporting at Short Distances
Short distances are 10 m at most.
Do as it is written in p. 16 (“After Work”).
Move the compressor by its handle (2) to a new place of work.
For that do as follows:
Loosen the serrated joint of the lug (1) and turn the lug counterclockwise.
Shift the handle (2) from the working position into the transporting position.
Fix teeth turning the lug (1) clockwise.
Working position
Transporting position
The compressor is now ready for transporting for short distances.
Transporting at Long Distances
The distances are considered long for the compressor as follows:
Distances for moving at which it is required a transport.
Transporting the compressor at long distances is done only in the original cardboard packing.
For transporting the compressor at long distances, do as follows:
Do as it is written in p. 16
(“After Work”).
Pack the compressor into the original carton in which the device has been supplied.
Do moving to a necessary place of work in an original packing holding by both holes for rising.
Stand the original carton only straight, by the cover up.
Keeping
Lubricate all metallic parts of the compressor by a thin coat of the special oil of PREBENA.
Pack the compressor into its original carton.
Keep the compressor by the room temperature in a dry and protected against dust place.
LOOK OUT!
Strokes and pushes can lead to breakdown of the compressor.
Do not let the compressor fall down.
Do not let the compressor push against obstacles.
By moving hold the compressor by its handler so that the device not overturns.
