Testing Heat Circuit Breaker
1. Remove the right-side panel of unit.
2. Locate the heater circuit breakers and make sure they are in ON position.
3. Unplug unit and check continuity from bottom to top terminals.
•
If continuity is present, the breaker is good.
•
If continuity is not present and the breaker is in ON position, replace the breaker.
CC/IR Temperature Sensors
The Forza Express oven utilizes two type J temperature sensors. The sensors are responsible for
registering the temperature for the cook cavity and IR element and relaying the information to the
main control board.
Testing Temperature Sensors
When an error in the cook chamber sensor occurs, the board will stop the operation of the oven and
will display the following fault code on the screen.
If the IR temperature sensor has a problem, the oven will continue to work; however, the red triangle
indicator light will illuminate below the display. To verify if the sensor has an issue, turn unit off and
