FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS
1. With the gate still, close the JPROG jumper;
the SN1 LED will flash twice while the CMD
button is not pressed ;
2. Press CMD once and then GRV to enter
the function;
settings or CMD to cancel and return to the
function menu;

SN1 LED:

TIME
At the end of the opening cycle, the gate
waits for the set pause time and closes

Sets the time to turn off the relay
module of the courtesy light when the
gate reaches the closing limit switch or
the pause time for the gate to start
opening after the activation of the relay
module connected to the "LIGHT" output
(Traffic Light).
For the Courtesy Light Time:
The setting has levels from 0 to 7, max
time = 4 minutes.
Operation: The garage light will turn on
whenever the gate is in motion or is
open waiting for a new command, and
will be turned off when the gate fully
closes and after the scheduled time has
elapsed.
For Opening Delay with Traffic Light
activated:
The setting has levels from 8 to 120, max
time = 16 seconds.
Operation: When the gate is fully closed
and when it receives a command for the
opening cycle, the traffic light will be
activated and on for the set time and
then the motor will be activated. The
traffic light will be deactivated at the end
of the door closing cycle or when a new
command by remote control is received
during the delay time.
1. With the gate still, close the JPROG
jumper, SN1 LED will flash twice while the
CMD button is not pressed;
2. Press CMD 4 times and then GRV to
enter the function;
ERASING REMOTE CONTROLS
Erases the memory to add new remote
controls.

2. Press CMD 3 times, then GRV to enter
function;
3. PPress GRV to erase controls or CMD to
cancel and return to the function menu;

SN1 LED:
- Flashes once whenever a button is pressed;

- Flashes once at each level, eg level 6, LED
flashes 6x.
SN2 LED:
- Flashes 4x;
BRAKE
When there is a command to switch off the
motor, the brake will be activated with the
possibility of adjusting the sensitivity.
1. With the gate still, close the JPROG jumper,
LED SN1 will flash 2x while the CMD button is
not pressed;
2. Press CMD 6 times and then GRV to enter the
function;
3. Press GRV to increase the brake sensitivity;
4. Press CMD to decrease the brake sensitivity;
5. In the minimum level, the brake is disabled,
with the possibility of adjustment of 10 levels of
sensitivity.
SN1 LED:
- Flashes continuously for Minimum level, brake
disabled;
- Flashes once for each increment of sensitivity,
maximum level = 10;
FORCE (ELECTRONIC CLUTCH)
Adjusts the engine operating force.
In order for this safety-sensing device to be
SN1 LED:
- Flashes once whenever a button is pressed;
- Flashes continuously for minimum setting,
disabled;
- Flashes once for each increment of sensitivity,
with maximum value equal to 12;
- It remains lit at maximum value.
SN2 LED:
- Flashes 8x for opening;
- Flashes 9x, for closing.
RAMP TORQUE
The control unit will decrease the operating
torque as soon as it reaches the programmed
ramp. The torque is set separatedely for
opening and closing.
1. With the gate still, close the JPROG jumper.
The SN1 LED will start flashing twice while the
CMD button is not pressed.
2. Press CMD 10x for opening ramp torque
and 11x for closing ramp torque and then
GRV to enter the function;
3. Press GRV to increase the torque;
4. Press CMD to decrease the torque;
SN1 LED:
- Flashes once whenever a button is pressed;
- Flashes continuously to minimum setting;
- Flashes once for each increment of sensitivi-
ty, with maximum level = 8;
- It remains lit at maximum level.
SN2 LED:
- Flashes 10x (Opening);
- Flashes 11x (Closing);
ADDING REMOTE CONTROLS
PPA standard remote controls.
1. With the gate still, close the JPROG
jumper, SN1 LED will flash twice;
2. Press a button of the remote control, SN2
LED will start flashing whenever it receives a
valid code;
3. Press and release the GRV button;
4. Release the button of the remote control;
5. If the control has been successfully added,
SN1 and SN2 LEDs flash;
6. If the button had already been added SN1
LED flashes twice;
7. Full memory, SN1 LED flashes 3 times;
8. To add a new control, go back to step 3;
9. Remove JPROG jumper to finish;
EXTRA INDICATION ON

ELECTRICAL WIRING

- After proper installation of the automator on
the gate, adjust the electronic clutch, so that
the force is the minimum required to move the
gate leaf throughout its path, opening and
closing;
- At the end of the adjustment, test the
function by blocking the movement of the gate
by placing a rigid object in the course of the
gate.
1. With the gate still, close the JPROG
jumper, the SN1 LED will flash 2x while the
CMD button is not pressed;
2. Press CMD 7x and then GRV to enter the
function;
3. Press GRV to increase the force or CMD
to decrease;
4. Maximum strength level: 8;
5. Remove JPROG jumper;

pressed;
- Flashes continuously for minimum
strength, level 0;
- Remains lit for maximum strength, level
7.
- Flashes once according to selected level,
eg: level 3, LED flashes 3x.

ADJUSTING THE OPENING
/ CLOSING RAMP
The ramp is the remaining distance to
reach the mechanical stop.
The control unit will continuously monitor
the position of the gate and when it
reaches this limit, the speed of operation
decreases, reaching the mechanical stop
gently.
1. With the gate still, close the JPROG
jumper, LED SN1 will flash twice while the
CMD button is not pressed;
2. Press CMD 8 times for opening limit
switch, or press CMD 9 times for closing
limit switch and then GRV to enter the
function;
3. Press GRV to move the limit to the
mechanical stop away, increasing the
distance;
4. Press CMD to decrease the distance to
the limit switch;
5. In the minimum value the ramp is
disabled; it does not decrease the torque,
with the possibility of adjustment of 12
levels of sensitivity.
