7.1 

Auxiliary handle 

 

For safety reasons, you should never use this appliance without the auxiliary handle (7)  

 

Move the auxiliary handle (7) by turning it in a clockwise direction 

 

Turn the auxiliary handle (7) to the desired position 

 

Fix the auxiliary handle (7) in the new position by turning it anticlockwise.  

7.2 

Depth stop 

 

Loosen the wing screw (10) 

 

Insert the depth stop (11) in to auxiliary handle (7) 

 

Ensure that the tooting on the depth stop (11) is facing upwards 

 

Pull the depth stop (11) out until the distance between the tip of the drill and the tip of the 
depth stop corresponds with the required drilling depth  

 

Re-tighten the wing screw (10) afterwards  

7.3 

Inserting/removing the tool 

 

Pull the locking collar (9) backwards and insert the tool in the tool holder (8)  

 

Release the locking collar (9). This lock the holder. Check that tool is properly locked by 
pulling it. The tool has radial play because of its design. 

 

Pull the locking collar (9) on the tool backward to removing the tool. 

Accessories can be hot after use.  Don’t touch the tip of accessory by hand!  
Please always use protective floves to remove accessory. 

8  OPERATION 

8.1 

Function selector switch  

Don’t press the function selector switch (1) until the appliance has come to 
a complete standstill. Switch between functions while the tool is still rotating 
can damage the appliance. 

 

Press and hold the release button (2). Turn the function selector switch (1) so that the 
required symbol engages at the arrow mark.

Adjusting the chisel position 

 

You can rotate the tool to the required position for chiselling using this function
