3.0 Controls
3.1 Blade, Clamp, and Power Controls
1. AC power on/off toggle switch. Controls power to all circuits. The switch bracket allows insertion of a lock to prevent
power activation of the electric cutter.
2. Reset switch - Enables the blade and clamp circuits for the next cutting operation when the blade and clamp are in the
up position. Returns the clamp to the up position when only the clamp is used. The ready light will come on when
safety conditions are met. (Figure 1, Item 6)
3. Clamp/Blade switch - When pressed simultaneously with the clamp switch (in the right switch panel), the clamp will
travel independently of the blade to the clamping position. When pressed simultaneously with the blade switch (in the
right switch panel), both the clamp and blade will cycle through the cutting process.
4. Blade switch - When pressed simultaneously with the Blade/Clamp switch (in the left switch panel), both the clamp
and blade will cycle through the cutting process.
5. Clamp switch - When pressed simultaneously with the Blade/Clamp switch (in the left switch panel), the clamp will
travel independently of the blade to the clamping position.
6. Key switch - Controls power to the blade and clamp. The key can be removed to prevent operation of the blade and
clamp.

program status.
2. Longer/Previous - In the manual mode, press this key to move
the back gauge away from the cutting area (LONGER). In the
automatic mode, press this key to move the back gauge to the last
or previous cutting position of the current setup.
3. Shorter/Next - When in the manual mode, press this key to move
the back gauge toward the cutting area. When in the automatic
mode, press this key to move the back gauge to the next cutting
position of the current setup.
4. Speed/Advance - When in the manual mode, press this key to
change the back gauge running speed to Fast or Slow. In the
