Unpack pressure washer

Remove everything from carton except pressure washer.

1. 

Open carton completely by cutting each corner from top to bottom.

Ensure you have all included items prior to assembly. If items are

Assemble pressure washer

Place handle (A) onto handle supports (B) connected to main

NOTICE 

 

It may be necessary to move the handle supports from side to 

side in order to align the handle so it will slide over the handle supports.

Insert carriage bolts (D) through holes from back of unit and attach a

plastic knob (E) from front of unit. Tighten by hand.

Place cleaning tank (F) over holes (H) on handle (viewing from

front of unit). Push the tree clips (G) into the holes until they sit flat 

against the cleaning tank.

Insert “L” bolt (J) through hole just above cleaning tank on left side

plastic knob (K) from inside of unit. Tighten by hand.

Attach detergent siphon hose (L) to barbed hose fitting (M) closest

Add engine oil and fuel

NOTICE 

 

You MUST properly fill engine with oil before attempting to start 

pressure washer.

NOTICE 

 

DO NOT use E85 fuel. 

NOTICE 

 

DO NOT mix oil with fuel. 

Move pressure washer outdoors to a flat, level surface.

Clean area around oil fill and remove oil fill cap/dipstick

Using oil funnel (optional), slowly pour contents of provided oil

bottle into oil fill opening to the point of overflowing.  
Replace oil fill cap/dipstick and fully tighten.

Remove fuel cap and slowly add clean, fresh, UNLEADED fuel. Be

careful not to overfill. To allow for fuel expansion, do not fill above 

the bottom of the fuel tank neck.
Replace fuel cap and let any spilled fuel evaporate before starting

WARNING  

Running engine gives off carbon monoxide, an 

odorless, colorless, poison gas. Breathing carbon 

monoxide could result in death, serious injury, nausea or 

fainting. Operate this product ONLY outdoors. DO NOT 

operate this product inside any building or enclosure, even if windows 

and doors are open.

Move pressure washer outdoors to a flat, level surface.

Running engines give off carbon monoxide. Keep at least 5 ft.  

2. 

(1.5 m) clearance on all sides of pressure washer including overhead 

to reduce the risk of exhaust heat or exhaust gases igniting nearby 

combustible material.

Connect spray gun

NOTICE 

 

Remove and discard the shipping caps from the pump’s 

high-pressure outlet and water inlet before attaching hoses.

Uncoil high-pressure hose (P) and attach one end of hose to

base of spray gun (Q). Tighten by hand.

Attach other end of high-pressure hose (P) to high-pressure

outlet (N) on pump. Tighten by hand.

Connect water supply

 

1.  Inspect garden hose inlet screen (R) for damage.

If inlet screen is damaged or missing, DO NOT use pressure 

washer, call

Clean screen if it contains debris or have it replaced if damaged. DO

Run cold water through garden hose for 30 seconds to clean

Start pressure washer

NOTICE 

 

You MUST connect and turn on water supply fully before 

starting engine.

Put on safety goggles.

WARNING   

Risk of eye injury. Spray could splash back or propel 

objects resulting in serious injury. Always wear indirect 

vented (chemical splash) safety goggles marked to 

comply with ANSI Z87.1 when using or in vicinity of this 

equipment. NEVER substitute safety glasses or dry-condition goggles 

for indirect vented safety goggles.

Turn on water supply.

Point gun in a safe direction and press red safety button (U) on spray

Choose desired quick-connect spray tip (V), pull back on collar of

Turn fuel valve (X) to “On” position.

WARNING   

Starter cord kickback (rapid retraction) will pull hand 

and arm toward engine faster than you can let go which 

could cause broken bones, fractures, bruises, or sprains 

resulting in serious injury. NEVER pull starter cord without 

first relieving spray gun pressure. Pull starter cord slowly until 

resistance is felt, then pull rapidly. Firmly grasp spray gun with both 

hands when using high pressure spray to avoid injury when spray gun 

kicks back.

When starting engine, position yourself as shown. Grasp starter

Stop pressure washer

Let engine idle for 2 minutes.

Move engine stop switch (Z) to “Off” position.

Turn off water supply.

Point spray gun in safe direction, press red button, and squeeze

spray gun trigger to relieve retained high water pressure. Spray gun 

traps high water pressure, even when engine is stopped and water is 
disconnected.

 

WARNING   

Contact with muffler area could cause burns resulting 

in serious injury. DO NOT touch hot parts and AVOID hot 

exhaust gases.

Disconnect garden hose from pump.
