1. Use the correct tool for the job. This tool was designed for a
specific function. Do not modify or alter this tool or use it
for an unintended purpose.
2. Control the tool, personal movement and the work
environment to avoid personal injury or damage to tool.
3. Do not operate any tool when tired or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medications.
4. Wear impact safety goggles and protective clothing
designed for the work environment and tool.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing.
Replace the missing part before operating. Failure to do so
could result in a malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and
inspect for damage. Make sure that all items in the parts list are
included.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Consult the Parts Breakdown diagram for assembly. Secure all
bolts hand-tight only.
1. Insert each upper frame (#11) into each leg (#12). Also
insert each lower frame (#13) into the legs.
2. Drop an M8 x 40 bolt (#1) through each of the six tray
bolt holes. Align the bolt holes in each assembled frame
and push them onto the protruding bolts.
3. Slide an 8 mm washer (#4) and 8 mm spring washer
(#3) over each bolt. Secure with an M8 nut (#15).
4. Place the tray upside down on the ground. You may need
to place a support under the shorter end to raise it up.
5. Hold the wheel (#10) between the ends of each frame
and align the axle opening with the bolt holes. Insert the
M12 x 120 bolt through both frames and the axle.
6. Place a 12 mm washer (#8), 12 mm spring washer (#7)
on the bolt and secure with an M12 nut (#6).
7. Retighten all bolts and nuts.
8. Flip the wheelbarrow over and rest on legs and wheel.
