By double acting hydraulic lift on the
front

Material damage to a double-acting hydraulic device

Do not set the hydraulic unit to "low-
er" as long as the mower deck is fitted.

In case it does happen anyway:
1. Replace the damaged parts
2. Re-adjust the plate (P1).
Possible dangers:
- position of plate (P1) could change in slot making gap
to locking hook (V) too wide,
- locking hook (V) breaks
- both levers on load relieving unit will be damaged
- The limiting chains can snap

Remedy:
- switch servo to single-action
- switch front lifting gear to single-action function (bypass
line) by the help of a specialist workshop.
Reset adjustable plate (P1)
1. Loosen nuts and bolts (SK) enough to enable altering
the plate (P1) position using the adjusting screw (ST).
2. Couple the mower to the tractor´s lifting gear
3. Position adjustable plate (P1) so that locking hook (V)
can still be unlatched. Distance to hook should be as
close as possible.
4. Uncouple the mower from the tractor´s lifting gear
5. Tighten bolts (SK) to
65 Nm
