In the above individual and multiple programming examples, Backstops 3, 4, 5 or 6 will operate individually when the operator at the
TouchPad enters

and presses and holds either the
UP
or
DOWN
button. These four backstops will operate
simultaneously when the operator at the TouchPad enters
Backstop 60
and presses and holds either the
UP
or

Multiple Operation
notes:
•
A maximum of four (4) backstops or height adjusters can be operated simultaneously (multiple operation).
•
Each member of a multiple operation set must be powered by a separate relay bank (see pages 11, 16 and 17 of the manual).
•
Any device number can be assigned to operate a multiple operation set, but number assignments 50 thru 99 are
recommended.
•
Only the
Backstop
and
MISC.
function keys can be programmed for multiple operation. The
Curtain
function key
cannot
be programmed for multiple operation.
•
A Powr-Touch
®
II system with only one relay panel can control only two devices simultaneously. A minimum of two relay
panels is required to control a multiple set of four devices.
