Refueling of the vehicle takes place via a three

flap safety lock.

Self

sealing closure without additional tank lid.

The refueling takes place by means of a conventional fuel nozzle.

If necessary, the use of fuel nozzle can be exchanged for the Premier double valve insert (SRO
-
GT4).
3.4 Refueling Trophy
NOTE
Whenever you work on the fuel system (including refueling), wearing
fire
-
resistant clothing is strongly recommended.
Failure to do so can result in serious injury!
During all work on the fuel system, suitable fire extinguishers must be
provided!
Observe the information and technical information in the manual for
the 718 Cayman GT4 from Porsche AG.
The fuel system, including the fuel tower and its components, must
be checked for damage and leaks during vehicle maintenance. Failure
to do so may result in serious injury.

Tampering with the three

flap safety lock is not permitted.
WARNING
Never refuel the vehicle while the engine is running!
NOTE
The modified front cover with round neck is not part of the Trophy
filling system. This must be ordered separately if required.
Always insert the fuel nozzle into the three
-
flap safety catch as far as
it will go.
