Top Strap Anchor Location

Anchor the top strap to one of the top strap anchors.
Your vehicle has top strap anchors for the rear seating
positions. You will find three top strap anchors in a
covered compartment on the floor of the rear cargo area.

To access the anchors,
open the compartment
doors marked with
the child restraint
anchor symbol.

Do not secure a child restraint with a top strap in the
right front passenger’s position if a national or local law
requires that the top strap be anchored, or if the
instructions that come with the child restraint say that
the top strap must be anchored. There is no place
to anchor the top strap in this position.
