6.3 Partial troubleshooting measures
Fault Troubleshooting measures
No screen display
Check whether the air switch of battery or PV is closed; is the switch in
"ON" state? Press any button on the screen to exit sleep mode.
Charge battery overvoltage
protection
Measure the battery voltage, and see whether it exceeds 60V, and
disconnect the air break switch of PV array and utility
Battery low-voltage alarm
When battery is charged and the voltage is above disconnect recovery
voltage due to low voltage.
Fan Fail Check whether the fan stops or has been blocked by something else.
Over-temperature protection for
radiator
When the equipment temperature is below the overtemperature recovery
temperature, normal charge and discharge control can be processed.
Bypass overload protection,
inverter overload protection

Reduce power consumption equipments

Restart iCAN Mini and clear the fault loads to recover output.
Inverter short-circuit protection

Check the load connection carefully and clear the short-circuit fault
point;

Restart iCAN Mini and clear the fault load to recovery output.
PV overvoltage
Check whether the PV input voltage exceeds the maximum allowable
input voltage of 145V with a multimeter.
Open battery alarm
Check whether the battery is not connected or the breaker of battery side is
not closed.
AC input and AC output are
reversed
Check the AC input and AC output wiring. If the connection is wrong, re-
wire according to the label.
